Sweet Chilli

When we looked for a new flavour I was keen to develop a spicy flavour sourced from England. I found Filippo Genovese in Blunham just north of Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. Filippo left Sicilly in 1963. I have no doubt he can grow anything as he even has a fruiting lemon tree outside his house! In 2000 he started to grow Firilla and Cayenne Chillis in his greenhouse. We are especially proud that we have been able to source these delicious Chillis without having to import them from abroad.
