The Role

You will have responsibility for getting new customers for Pipers. You will do this through personally visiting identified outlets to sell the benefits of Pipers, its USPs & services and converting them into customers by taking their first order. You will focus on outlets in the On-Trade, Delis, Food to Go Outlets and Convenience stores. Working in teams of three, prospecting within defined areas that are identified as having suitable outlets.

The work will initially involve three and a half days per week prospecting. Half a day will be spent planning and admin. One day per week will be spent promoting the range via “Pop Up” stalls and sampling in strategic locations.  


  • Sell Pipers first orders to suitable outlets
  • Achieve new business targets
  • Grow the number of trading customers in London
  • Revisiting outlets to complete the sale process
  • Administrating the first order within the Pipers computer system and handing over to the Telesales Executive with full information
  • Being organised to plan, prospect, follow up and carry out administration
  • Maximise range and rate of sale of our products in outlets and give excellent customer service and support
  • Promote Pipers at events and venues

Pipers Crisps is growing at around 20% per year. The successful candidate should recognise that there is huge potential to be promoted through the business for further responsibilities in sales and management.
