We deliver to the majority of the UK however currently, due to courier services that we are using, there are some exemptions within the UK at the moment that we do not deliver to. We offer free delivery for the majority of the UK through our Pipers direct service however there are some areas that incur additional charges as we deliver via our courier service provider.
Additional charges may be applied to some postal codes in the following areas with the below charges applied at checkout.

We try to dispatch your orders during the following business day. We have our own van service that covers most of UK mainland, and when we can your order is delivered via our own Pipers drivers. However, if we are unable to deliver to you via our vans, your order will be sent on a next day delivery service via APC. Please note some orders may be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure your delivery address is somewhere where someone will be able to sign for the package. If nobody is in, APC will leave a card to let you know they have failed to deliver with instructions on how to rearrange, or the address of the local depot to collect it from.
Unfortunately we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed. However, if you have made mistake best thing to do is get in touch via our contact form and we will do our best to help.

Yes, a confirmation email should come through immediately after you have placed your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your junk folder and then get in touch using our contact form.
At the checkout, just type your code in the box saying ‘voucher code’. Your cart should update with the promotional discount. Terms and Conditions do apply when using discount codes. Certain promotions might have a special link and the voucher code will be automatically applied.
